Rooms and apartments at K22 Smart Rooms are arranged so you feel at home from the first moment. Every unit features a private bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, towels and complimentary toiletries. Inside the room you will find heating, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, fresh linens, an electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, iron and ironing facilities and a wardrobe or clothes rack. Larger apartments add a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, kitchenware and a dining table. Practical extras include an elevator, baggage storage, non-smoking rooms, family rooms and paid private parking nearby (EUR 15 per day, reservation required).
